Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of ordering. No changes will be accepted once the order has been accepted

Shipping of products will be done in keeping with the delivery timelines provided for each product. These times may vary due to conditions that may be out of our control

·        Delivered within 5-10 business days.

·        Delivery not available to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.

·        During busy Sale Periods we aim to keep our delivery estimates up to date however you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

·        We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.

 

Will My Order Be Delayed?

It’s a busy time, but we’re working closely with our delivery partners to get your orders to you as safely as possible. There could be delays of up to 10 business days. While most orders will arrive earlier, we want to be upfront about what to expect. Once you get your shipping confirmation email, you’ll be able to get the latest updates via the tracking link.

Delivery On Public Holidays

Unfortunately, your order is not able to be delivered on a public holiday. If your order is placed on a Public Holiday, it will not be processed and dispatched until the next business day. During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
