Refund & Return Policy
Our products are made with the highest quality material following a stringent production process. Our batiks are meticulously hand crafted and minor anomalies that occur in this handcrafting process will not be considered as a fault in the product itself.
In the event you are not satisfied with our products, we will be happy to exchange it for another product you see fit. We will however, under no circumstance offer refunds or store credit on returns /exchanges.
In the event of online order returns or inability
In the event of online order returns or inability to physically visit our store, the customer can post the item through a reliable method to our store address provided. The customer will have to bear the postage costs both ways in such an instance. AMRU BATIK will not be held responsible for the loss of products during transition and will not accept products if the external packaging is tampered with or damaged.
REFUNDS
We will happily provide a refund if:
• The goods are returned within 14 days
• The goods are returned unworn in a clean, saleable condition, in original packaging with original tags attached
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund under the law if the items are damaged, have been worn, or returned for a change of mind or incorrect sized purchases. (For incorrect size we offer exchange to correct size of the customer.)
Styles in our Homewares Collection, inclusive of Linen, Bath Robes and Slippers, must be returned in an unopened condition.
We do not credit original shipping fees for a change of mind return. Our change of mind returns policy is an addition to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once we have received the return.
For an exchange to be acceptable
For an exchange to be acceptable, the product should be in original condition with the AMRU labels intact. Any products on clearance or markdowns at the time of purchase cannot be exchanged.
EXCHANGES
We offer 30-day exchange of products for Size Only online.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item (color or style), please either visit us in store or request a refund and proceed to purchase your new item in a new transaction.
Tailor-made and customized products
Tailor-made and customized products cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned unless there is a quantifiable defect.
