Your uploaded photos are not sold or rented to third parties.

3. Permission to Share Your Magnet on Social Media 

During the ordering process, you may be asked:

“May AMRU Memories share your finished magnet on our social media?”

You can choose: 
 Yes, I'd love that  
 No, please keep my photo private  

If you choose Yes, you give AMRU Memories permission to use and display the finished magnet and the associated customer-uploaded image for promotional purposes, including:

 Our social-media pages  
 Our website  
 Customer testimonial or UGC sections  
 Marketing content 

This permission does not include publishing your private contact details, payment information or delivery information. 

If you choose No, we will not intentionally use your uploaded photo for our social-media or promotional content. 

You can contact us if you want to withdraw your permission for future use.
